Yes, you read that right. No matter how big or small your order is, we will cover the shipping costs for you. Because we believe shopping should be fun, with no hidden costs.

Delivery area

At the moment, our shipping area is limited to Germany. However, we are working hard to expand our delivery network and plan to add more regions in the near future. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to being able to deliver to customers outside of Germany soon.

How long does the delivery take?

After you have submitted your order, we will do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Your goods will usually be with you within 1-3 working days. If there are any delays, we will of course inform you.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and/or order & shipment number. In the shipment tracking menu item you can check at any time where your package is and when it will arrive.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, we will take back unopened and complete containers within 14 days of receipt. Please note that for safety and quality reasons we can only take back unopened products. You can find out more about this in our cancellation policy .
